It’s cmd T (or apple T) on a mac and it’s mesmerisingly beautiful :)
fuckyeahhappy. It’s amazing what a few images can do to my mood. I feel instantly better and more positive. Perhaps that’s silly, but who cares when it works?
Tropics Of Love—by The Black Heart Procession.
(a) If you’ve never heard this, you’re welcome.
(b) It will make you wish you could tango. Or marange. Or something.
I had never heard this and I really like it!
I also had to get up to feed my cats during this song and did indeed make some awkward ‘dancing’ moves while doing so.

I don’t even know why I’m reblogging this.
Well… I do, but I’m not going to go into details.
Tegan and Sarah have announced a show scheduled at The Orpheum Theater in Downtown L.A. on October 25th. With their 6th studio album ready for release, it is always great to hear about them stopping by our city. Especially after they amazed a sold out crowdat The Orpheum back in 07. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am.
Heads up!
I’m jealous. It’ll probably be the new year before they make it to Europe.
I was informed that I could have tomorrow off work if I wanted to. Which I do. But I promise myself to do something useful with this unexpected day off. Really. I’ll make to do lists and everything!
It was very good. At least the parts that I saw. Most of Chapter 3 was missed on account of me looking sideways and covering my eyes. Some parts of the other Chapters were also missed by the same manner. Next time I shall wait until the new Tarantino movie is out on dvd, so I can watch it in the privacy of my own home (so i can mute and hide behind pillows when I need to).
Luckily these were only little parts of the film, and I thouroughly enjoyed everything else. I don’t want to give away too much of the plot, but that first chapter … I thought my heart was going to stop out of fear and fearful anticipation. And it just got better after that (with the exception of chapter 3, I mean really, was that all that necessary?).
In short: go see it. If you’re squeamish like me, be prepared to hide your face behind your hands. But go see it, it is really that good.
(Ps: why is the title misspelled? It really bugged me because it made me think my English wasn’t as good as I thought it was. Except it apparently is. Confusing.)

I would love to know what animal he would’ve used as analogy for the internet.

Hilarious, and yet true. Highschool teachers should be more like him. In fact, all teachers should be more like him. It would make going to school a lot less frustrating.
